A 200-unit community isn't 200 kitchens — it's a handful of unit types repeated, plus the amenity package. We price the way you schedule: by unit type, at a fixed number per door, with common areas called out separately.

Every level is a defined, repeatable package — so what you bid is what gets installed. Levels 1 and 2 cover most multifamily work; the upper levels are there when the finish schedule calls for them. Every level offers ADA options and custom finishes.

The standard multifamily program is granite at 3cm for kitchens and 2cm for vanities, with stainless kitchen sinks and porcelain vanity sinks included in the per-unit number. Template, fabrication and installation are ours.
Colour selections are made after award, so you can lock a budget before the interior designer has finished.
Ridgewood is a DBA of Kenny's Tile, the Grandview flooring and tile house that's been finishing Kansas City interiors since 1966 — same owners, same block on Main Street, same crews on your site.
So the flooring package doesn't need a second sub and a second schedule. Put it on the same bid as the cabinets and tops, and one team sequences the whole finish scope behind drywall.
